DMCA and removal requests

This site stores links and metadata. It does not store or serve audio files.

Where the file actually lives

Every result points at a page on Soundgasm or HotAudio. If the audio itself has to come down, the request belongs with the platform hosting it. Removing the file there also removes it from this index the next time the index refreshes.

Removing a link from this index

If you want a specific upload excluded from search results here, send a notice to dmca@flarusearch.com with:

• The URL of the indexed result, or the exact title and creator.
• A statement that you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner.
• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.

On a valid notice, the record is removed from the index and excluded from future crawls.

Reporting something else

For anything that is not a rights issue, including a result that should never have been indexed, write to hello@flarusearch.com.
